Order Minimum: No minimum order required. Orders under $100 are subject to a $10 delivery fee.
 

Lead Time: 4 - 21 days

 

Delivery: 

Wholesale orders are delivered on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. Completed orders will be fulfilled      and delivered on the next scheduled delivery date. Retailers may schedule a time to pick up their order on the                      farm should they require their order soon than the scheduled delivery.

 

Returns or Exchanges: 

Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. Wind River Farm will only accept returns in the case of damaged or mistaken items. Buyers must notify Wind River Farm within 48 hours of any problems with their order. Damaged or mistaken merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.
 

Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival. Contact us within two business days of receiving damaged merchandise. Note that this policy states: "within two business days of RECEIVING" and not "within two business days of opening." This means that if an order is received, but not opened for six days and it is damaged, a return will not be accepted. Please keep all packaging with a return, including packaging materials, even if damaged.

Handmade Variability:

Due to the handmade nature of Wind River Farm's goat milk bath and body wares, no two items will ever be exactly the same. Items pictured int he Wind River Farm wholesale portal are only a close representation of the finished items you will receive.​

Retail Pricing: 

Retailers may set their own selling price, as long as the price is above the MSRP listed on our wholesale portal.

Online Retailers: 

We accept orders from online retailers who sell on their own e-commerce website. Online retailers MAY NOT sell our products on Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Etsy, or similar third party e-commerce sites. Please note, we regularly check for violations of our terms and copyright.

All buyers may use our product photos to sell our products on their business’ e-commerce website. Online sellers MUST credit Wind River Farm as the creators of the products by clearly crediting Wind River Farm as the manufacturer.

If any content from Wind River Farm's website is used, credit is necessary to uphold our copyright terms. If you use your own content (images and text), crediting Wind River Farm can be as simple as including Wind River Farm as a brand tag or manufacturer. Failure to properly credit Wind River Farm or misleading customers by portraying products as being produced by the seller/online retailer will be considered a violation of Wind River Farm's terms and copyrights and may result in suspension of your wholesale account and/or legal action.

Drop Shipping: We do not offer drop shipping for our products.

White Labeling: 

Wind River Farm does not offer white labeled products and does not allow sellers of Wind River Farm's products to remove or obscure branding. Because Wind River Farm is an artisan business, crediting Wind River Farm is important for upholding our legal copyrights to our original recipes, designs, and packaging. Sellers found obscuring, removing, or rebranding Wind River Farm's branding may be found to be in violation of our terms and copyrights which may result in suspension of your wholesale account and/or legal action.

Sale of Unauthorized Products: 

Despite Wind River Farm's best efforts to control intellectual property theft, there are still sellers offering counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized products. If a seller is found offering any products that violate our copyright or intellectual property rights, action will be taken to ensure that all sales of infringing products are permanently suspended. This may result in formal legal action.

Please be aware that if a product is not available on our website (wholesale or retail) and is found on Amazon or Alibaba (or other online marketplaces) it is likely an unauthorized or counterfeit product. If you find such products, please contact us to notify us of potential infringement.

Wind River Farm never sells on third party online marketplaces and does not allow retailers to sell on these sites.
