Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We can’t wait to welcome you to Wind River Farm for a dose of Baby Goat Bliss! Because our sessions are intimate and often sell out, we adhere to the following policy to ensure everyone has a chance to mingle with the kids: The 24-Hour Rule: If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled start time. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule made within the 24-hour window will not be accepted, and the original booking fee will be forfeited. No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled session, your booking is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. How to Cancel or Change Your Booking To make a change, please contact us at [Insert Email Address/Phone Number] or click the "Manage Booking" link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours before your visit. Note: Our goats don't mind a little sprinkle! Events are typically held rain or shine unless weather conditions become unsafe. In the rare event that we must cancel due to extreme weather, you will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or a priority reschedule.
