About the event

This Goat Yoga session is for ages 13 and over.

Chairs are provided upon request at no extra cost. Our yoga instructors are happy to adapt exercises to those doing chair yoga.
We encourage you to bring a water bottle and your own yoga mat. However, complimentary water and mats are provided.
