This Goat Yoga session is for ages 13 and over.

  • Chairs are provided upon request at no extra cost. Our yoga instructors are happy to adapt exercises to those doing chair yoga.

  • We encourage you to bring a water bottle and your own yoga mat. However, complimentary water and mats are provided.
